Shipping Methods
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are not included in product pricing unless otherwise stated. Freight charges will be quoted and approved prior to shipment. All shipments are FOB, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Lead Times
Estimated shipping dates are provided at the time of order confirmation. Lead times may vary based on material availability, production schedule, and carrier capacity. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other events beyond our control.
Packaging
All products are packaged appropriately to prevent damage during transit. Special packaging, crating, or export preparation is available upon request and may incur additional charges.
Freight Claims & Damage
Customers are responsible for inspecting shipments upon delivery. Any visible damage or shortages must be noted on the carrier’s delivery receipt at the time of delivery. Claims for concealed damage must be reported within 48 hours of receipt. We will assist with freight claims, but responsibility for carrier damage rests with the carrier.
International Shipping
International shipments are available upon request. The customer is responsible for all customs duties, taxes, brokerage fees, and compliance with import/export regulations unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Customer-Arranged Shipping
Customers may arrange their own freight. In such cases, all liability transfers to the customer once the shipment leaves our facility.
Order Accuracy
It is the customer’s responsibility to verify shipping details, delivery address, and access requirements prior to shipment. Re-delivery, storage, or accessorial charges incurred due to incorrect information will be billed to the customer.
