At S.O.S. Engineering, we take pride in delivering high-quality metal fabrication products and services. Because many of our products are custom-fabricated to customer specifications, refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
Custom and Made-to-Order Products
Due to the custom nature of most fabrication work, orders that have entered production are generally non-refundable. However, we understand that exceptional circumstances may arise. Requests for refunds or adjustments will be reviewed individually.
